Temperatures remain typically at 29–31°C year-round; only humidity and rainfall vary significantly between the seasons.
Those who want to travel more cheaply should go in the shoulder season: April and October still offer acceptable conditions at lower prices. April is particularly hot (Songkran festival!), while in October the season is getting started again. The sea can be a little unsettled at these times, but snorkelling and diving are usually still possible.
